and Handling
We ship
all orders exclusively via FedEx Overnight®.
Please check with your local FedEx office to be sure you recieve next day service in your area, some remote locations DO NOT have this service available. No signature is required upon delivery, but we do recommend
that someone be present at the delivery site to accept and
immediately refrigerate your order. Extreme weather conditions
may affect delivery time, so be conscious of the weather conditions
around you. Neither Charlie's Stone Crabs nor FedEx assumes
responsibility for shipping delays caused by local, national
or international weather conditions. FedEx cannot deliver
to U.S. military and post office box addresses such as APO and
FPO. We ship to ALL fifty states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship to the U.S. Territories, excluding Guam and the Marshall Islands via next day air. All orders will have a $10.00 handling fee.
Products
are shipped Monday-Friday, for delivery Tuesday-Saturday. Should you chose Saturday delivery, please note the additional
charge of $20.00 per package.
Fedex does not pickup or deliver on certain holidays, i.e. Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Years Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day. If you need clarification for other holidays please call Fedex 800 number, Charlies Stone Crabs 877 number or contactus@charliesstonecrabs.com
You will be provided via email a Fedex shipping notification with a tracking number if you desire to check the delivery status of your order.
All Dinners:
First Mate Dinners, Captain's Feast Dinners and ALL Specials, prices include shipping charges, with Saturday delivery extra.
If you need to check the status of your order while in transit via fedex use the following link; http://www.fedex.com/Tracking?cntry_code=us. Or if you prefer call Fedex 1-800-463-3339 to track your package, all you will need is your tracking number which will be emailed to your email address, once your package is in transit.
